We are recruiting for an oustanding growing and dynamic business within the commercial vehicle market. This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to help launch a brand-new sales division.

Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sourcing and sales of new LCVs and HGVs to commercial clients.
- Leverage an established network of vehicle suppliers, dealers, and clients to kickstart business activity.
- Utilise our database of existing finance clients to generate immediate sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead additional salespeople as the division scales.
- Cross-sell finance products where appropriate to enhance client offerings.
Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales (LCV and/or HGV).
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle brokering or main dealership sales.
- Extensive personal and professional network in the commercial vehicle space.
- Solid understanding of the LCV/HGV broker market and supply chain.
- Experience in selling finance products related to vehicle purchases.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
