We are recruiting for an oustanding growing and dynamic business within the commercial vehicle market. This an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to help launch a brand-new sales division.

You will earn a basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum with bonuses on top. With a wide range of benefits on offer including:

Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing and sales of new LCVs and HGVs to commercial clients.
  • Leverage an established network of vehicle suppliers, dealers, and clients to kickstart business activity.
  • Utilise our database of existing finance clients to generate immediate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead additional salespeople as the division scales.
  • Cross-sell finance products where appropriate to enhance client offerings.

Head of Commercial Vehicle Sales Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales (LCV and/or HGV).
  • Proven track record in commercial vehicle brokering or main dealership sales.
  • Extensive personal and professional network in the commercial vehicle space.
  • Solid understanding of the LCV/HGV broker market and supply chain.
  • Experience in selling finance products related to vehicle purchases.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
