Description
Do you want to build a better future? About Enfinity Global Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy. Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan. Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle. We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. Job Description Enfinity Energy Europe is looking for a Head of Commercialization to lead and grow its Italian commercial platform. Reporting directly to the General Manager of EEE, this role has full ownership of commercial strategy and execution across multiple business lines, managing a dedicated team of four specialists covering origination, structuring, environmental attributes and governmental programs. Key responsabilities: Lead, develop and manage a team of four, ensuring full coverage of all commercial verticals, clear ownership of each business line, and consistent execution against revenue and margin targets. Drive the sourcing and negotiation of offtake agreements across EEE's Italian portfolio — corporate PPAs, industrial PPAs, merchant structures — building a proprietary origination pipeline beyond traditional RFP processes and maintaining senior relationships with corporate and industrial offtakers, utilities, traders and financial buyers. Oversee route-to-market services for Enfinity's renewable and storage SPVs, coordinating with RtM providers and ensuring commercial optimization from COD. Define and execute EEE's environmental attributes strategy — structuring, origination and trading of GOs, carbon credits, VERs, CERs and RECs — both as a standalone revenue line and as an integrated component of PPA offerings. Originate and structure 24/7 and back-to-back clean energy products, working with the BESS team and Market Analytics to design bankable structures for corporate clients with baseload or 24/7 requirements. Support governmental program access (Energy Release, FER-X, capacity market) as a revenue and risk management tool for the portfolio, and develop deal structures that support project financing and reduce collateral requirements. Minimum 10 years of experience in energy commercialization, PPA structuring or power trading, with a solid track record in the Italian market. Proven team management experience. S trong knowledge of Italian power market mechanics (MGP, imbalance, FER-X, Energy Release, capacity market) and familiarity with environmental attributes markets. Experience with project finance bankability requirements for PPAs. Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals autonomously. Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and market data tools (Refinitiv Eikon or equivalent).
