Description

Ensure that all agreed Operational deliveries meet or exceed the SLA targets. Ensure 24X7 availability of all critical business deliveries. Ensure optimum resource utilization for all teams within the span. Ensure all agreed deliveries are met within the allocated budget. Ensure compliance to all SDA&P Ops processes. Support DP heads in their governance with BA/MA stakeholders. Support internal stakeholders from Platform & Security, Int & Dev, PMO unit etc, wherever needed. Ensure 100% compliance of all resources within the span towards COBE & integrity, and execute consequence management as per guidelines, wherever required. B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree in IT/CSE/ECE fields. MBA or equivalent Post Grad. Degree/Diploma in relevant fields. Good knowledge of ITIL. Prior work experience of Line Manager. Over 13 years' experience in Operational deliveries. Knowledge about relevant standards such as ISO9001 & EGMS etc. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented and a strong team player. Experience in customer presentations. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Competence Drive. Uncompromising Integrity.
