POSITION OVERVIEW

The Head of Communications at ATM WEST is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy across all channels. This role leads the creation and management of the brand’s visual and verbal identity, oversees both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and ensures that all external communications align with ATM WEST’s core values and business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • have at an Australian Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, Business Communications, or Public Relations.
  • have a minimum five years of relevant work experience in Sales and Marketing, and at least one year in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

The main duties of the Head of Communications include:

  • Brand Stewardship: Defines and maintains ATM WEST’s brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints – including the website, marketing collateral, packaging, and advertising. Conducts regular brand audits to ensure consistency as the company scales.
  • Digital & Social Media Leadership: Plans, produces, and publishes content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Engages with target audiences and implements growth tactics to convert followers into qualified leads.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Designs and optimises online funnels, including landing pages, email campaigns, and paid advertising. Collaborates closely with the Sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads into signed contracts.
  • Data-Driven Analytics: Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media reach. Utilises tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to produce monthly reports and continuously refine strategies to maximise return on investment.
  • Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develops annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps with detailed budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Identifies new channels, partnerships, and campaign opportunities to maintain ATM WEST’s competitive edge in the ATM services market.
