Location: Hybrid – Bolton HQ & North West Travel
Contract: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)
Open to part-time or fractional hours for the right candidate

At Lagan’s Foundation, we’re looking for a Head of Communications & Stewardship who leads with strategy, develops others with care, and builds meaningful, lasting relationships with both supporters and staff.
The Role
You’ll drive our voice, message, and reputation while mentoring our apprentices and officers in marketing, fundraising, and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be seen across care delivery, training, and campaigns.

To apply for this role, you must:

  • Be a UK national, or
  • Have settled/pre-settled status, or
  • Hold Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) or Indefinite Leave to Enter (ILE)
  • Have been ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA for at least the past 3 years before the start of the role
  • Have the right to work in the UK — we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this rol

This role requires flexibility to travel within the North West and work from our Bolton HQ. Are you able to meet this requirement?

  • Have you previously led a team or directly managed staff, apprentices, or volunteers in a communications, fundraising, or engagement role?
  • Do you have experience using a CRM system for donor or supporter communications, including segmentation and personalised outreach
