Your mahi will be to lead our second line Compliance and Operational Risk team, taking a joined up view across the enterprise to strengthen Kiwibank’s non-financial risk posture. You will partner closely with enterprise leaders, the transformation programme and the wider Risk community to deliver work that has the biggest impact on our compliance and operational risks, particularly they intersect. Your leadership will help ensure informed decision making that appropriately balances risk and opportunity, while supporting a strong and sustainable culture across the bank. Ko tātou tēnei. To be successful in the role you will have extensive experience leading compliance and operational risk within a banking or financial services environment, in large and complex organisations.
