Company Description Job Description As a member of the AUMOVIO Compliance team, the Head of Compliance APAC will take care of the Compliance Management System (CMS) in the Compliance core areas of Business Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Antitrust and Privacy Compliance across the Region APAC (including China, Japan, Korea, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia), including but not limited to the operationalization of the Compliance strategy. Main responsibilities are: Design, implement and monitor the Compliance Management System in APAC in association with relevant functions and applicable laws of corruption prevention, antitrust/fair competition, AML and data privacy Provide operational support and advice in compliance areas of business ethics, data protection, anti-money laundry etc. Carry out compliance measures required for an effective CMS Monitor legal and regulatory developments and best practices on anti-corruption, antitrust, AML and data privacy norms and standards in APAC and closely collaborate with the central Compliance team. Drive an integrity culture and support the right Tone from the Top Develop strong internal and external network across APAC region, lead and support the regional APAC Compliance team and Compliance Coordinators. Carry out trainings and communications in APAC Assess requirements for local amendments to corporate policies based on legal requirements Qualifications Academic Degree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration, or comparable education At least 10 years 5 of proven professional experience in Compliance (mandatory) in an international company Expertise in relevant local anti-corruption, antitrust and privacy laws. Experience in risk mapping, management methods, internal control and analysis tools Professional experience in the field of Compliance in an international context Leadership skills Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) Additional language skills preferred solid MS Office skills Good communication skills and strong team player mentality; and Intercultural competence.
