As they expand their footprint in Asia, they are looking to appoint aCompliance Managerto take on the dual role ofHead of Compliance and MLROfor their newly established Singapore entity. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the firm’s compliance and AML/CFT frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping internal policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations, and managing all interactions with local regulatory bodies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of relevant compliance experience within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on broker-dealer operations
• A recognized degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Highly self-driven, resourceful, and capable of operating independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
