Job responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the compliance function across all business units/ - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and systems, making improvements as necessary. - Provide expert guidance and support to senior management on compliance-related matters. - Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of vulnerability. - Collaborate with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and communication of compliance issues. - Manage and mentor the compliance team, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical behavior. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains compliant with all applicable laws.
