THE ROLE

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Compliance to lead how we ensure long-term care facilities remain compliant with federal and state training mandates. This role sits at the center of regulatory expertise, operational oversight, and client assurance — ensuring that every employee group receives the correct yearly trainings required by the authorities in their state.This leader will serve as the primary liaison with regulators and accreditation bodies, oversee a compliance operations team, and embed up-to-date requirements into our training platform.
Periodic travel to Chicago, IL may be required for team coordination.
