Do you have experience leading complex construction projects? Great! We are now looking for a Head of Construction to join Eolus and contribute to our success in renewable energy.
As Head of Construction you will be responsible for the entire construction phase of our energy projects, including wind power, large-scale solar energy projects, battery storage, and future energy solutions. You will ensure that the right expertise is involved early in the development phase and lead the transition from project completion to customer handover and operational management. In this role, you will drive capital-intensive projects in close collaboration with contractors, grid operators, and turbine suppliers.
The Construction Team currently consists of 10 employees based in Malmö, Gothenburg, Sundsvall, and the Baltics.

Who are we looking for:
We are looking for someone with experience in managing complex construction projects, strong leadership skills, a deep technical understanding, and a passion for renewable energy. What matters most to us is your ability to deliver results and lead your team to success.
Your Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire your team.
Strong technical, commercial, and operational understanding of construction projects.
Experience working in an international environment.
A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
Your Role & Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position based in Malmö, centrally located with excellent commuting options. However, for the right candidate, we are open to flexible location arrangements. A driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to our project sites are required.
You will report to our COO and lead a team of project managers specializing in electrical and construction work, along with a large number of external consultants. Our projects include everything from road and foundation construction to the design and installation of internal electrical grids, grid connections, and turbine installations. You will ensure that the right resources are engaged throughout the entire construction process and that the projects are completed on time and within budget.
