As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Head of Consultant Channel to structure, scale, and drive performance across our self-employed field sales network. About the role: As Head of Consultant Channel, you will be accountable for the growth, performance, and scalability of myPOS’s consultant distribution model. You will lead a team of Territory Managers, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing a high-performing network of self-employed Field Sales Representatives, ensuring consistent execution across regions and strong commercial results. This is a leadership role combining strategy, performance management, operational excellence, and people development, with a direct impact on myPOS market penetration and merchant acquisition. What you’ll do: Build and execute the Consultant Channel strategy Define and execute the channel strategy to deliver sustainable regional growth. Set clear targets and KPIs (acquisition, activation, productivity, conversion). Ensure alignment with overall sales objectives and company priorities. Lead and develop the Territory Manager team Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Territory Managers. Establish a strong performance culture: discipline, cadence, accountability, execution. Ensure consistency in management practices across all territories. Scale the Consultants network Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of self-employed consultants. Monitor activity and productivity drivers (meetings, proposals, closings, activations). Improve performance through coaching, best practices, and structured sales routines. Performance management & reporting Own the performance steering of the channel through dashboards and KPIs. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. Build actionable improvement plans to increase conversion and activation Cross-functional coordination (channel enablement) Work closely with Marketing to generate animation, strengthen messaging, and support regional campaigns. Coordinate with Training to ensure strong product knowledge and sales skills development. Collaborate with Operations Support and Customer Support to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements. Represent the channel internally & externally Act as the voice of the Consultant Channel within the organization. Support major deal closings, key client opportunities, and strategic escalations. Represent myPOS at national / regional events and networking sessions to increase brand visibility. Key success metrics (KPIs) Merchants acquired and activated via Consultant Channel Regional performance vs targets (monthly / quarterly) Productivity per consultant (activity, pipeline, closing, activation) Retention / churn of acquired merchants Recruitment & ramp-up efficiency (time to first deals / activation) Territory Manager performance & stability Forecast accuracy and pipeline health Compliance and quality indicators This role is perfect for you if you have: Strong experience in field sales leadership and regional sales execution. Proven ability to manage and scale dispersed sales teams, including self-employed networks. Track record of delivering results through performance management and coaching. Experience in fintech, payments, telecom, or tech-driven sales environments (strong advantage). Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a style that inspires trust, authority, and consistency. Strategic mindset combined with strong operational discipline and attention to detail. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, training, and recruitment.
