Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   * Define and execute a clear, differentiated brand strategy for the Retail Bank, reflecting customer-centric values and regional leadership. * Develop distinct brand identities for each consumer product, addressing well-defined customer needs and standing out in competitive categories. * Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints--digital, branch, product communications, and advertising. * Lead multichannel marketing strategies to drive acquisition, deepen relationships, and improve retention. * Optimize paid media ROI, CRM, SEO/SEM, and digital funnel performance, strategically reducing customer acquisition costs. * Collaborate with product and customer experience teams to create go-to-market plans for innovative, customer-first products in deposits, lending, payments, and small business. * Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team fostering a culture rooted in a customer-centric mindset and innovation. * Leverage segmentation, behavioral data, and voice-of-customer feedback to optimize campaigns and customer journeys. Qualifications Required Skills: * Proven track record in building strong brands and delivering measurable growth through integrated marketing strategies. * Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing optimization, marketing automation, and ROI improvement. * Strong understanding of financial products, customer behavior, and the regulatory environment. * Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate complex financial solutions into compelling, customer-relevant value propositions. * Cross functional collaboration abilities to actively engage stakeholders; and partner with business leaders, and analytics and product teams to deliver integrated customer and business outcomes. * Ability to apply creativity and innovation to promote a fresh approach to marketing strategies. Required Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing leadership in consumer and/or business banking or fintech.
