Responsibilities

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

Join us as Head of Strategy, Segmentation & Insights and play a key role in shaping the future of our Consumer Division. You’ll lead data-driven strategies, drive personalisation at scale and influence executive decisions to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

RISK ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Embed strong consumer and risk culture across the team.
  • Manage internal/external incident reporting and regulatory breach handling.
  • Apply controls to ensure data quality, secure storage and ethical usage.
  • Oversee operational, compliance, conduct, and financial crime risks including AML/CTF measures.
  • Implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans as needed.
