This role is for one of the Weekday's client Min Experience: 10 years Location: NCR, Gurgaon, Delhi, NOIDA JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Content to lead our end-to-end content vision and execution. This role is ideal for a seasoned content leader with 10–15 years of experience who can blend storytelling, brand building, and performance-driven content to support business growth. You will own the content charter across platforms, manage high-performing teams, and work closely with marketing, product, sales, and leadership to ensure content delivers measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Vision Define and own the overall content strategy aligned with business, brand, and GTM objectives. Build a long-term content roadmap covering brand, product, demand generation, thought leadership, and employer branding. Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content formats and channels. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary content team including writers, editors, content marketers, and freelancers/agencies. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the content function. Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and high-quality execution. Content Execution & Governance Oversee creation of high-impact content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, social media, website copy, email campaigns, and sales collateral. Establish strong editorial processes, content guidelines, and quality standards. Ensure content is optimized for SEO, distribution, and performance without compromising on storytelling. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing, product, sales, design, and leadership teams to support launches, campaigns, and revenue goals. Translate complex ideas into compelling narratives for different audiences, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Support sales enablement with relevant, persuasive content. Performance & Analytics Define and track content success metrics including engagement, traffic, conversions, and pipeline influence. Use data and insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve ROI. Stay updated on content trends, platforms, formats, and best practices. Key Skills & Experience 10–15 years of experience in content, editorial, or content marketing roles, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership position. Proven ability to build and execute content strategies at scale. Strong people management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent command over written communication, storytelling, and editorial judgment. Experience working with SEO, content analytics, and performance-driven content. Ability to balance creativity with structure, speed, and business outcomes. Prior experience in B2B, tech, startups, or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
