▪ Serve as principal interface with IAS-level bureaucrats, elected corporators, citizen groups, bulk waste generators (hospitals, commercial complexes, malls, and housing societies), orchestrating ULB negotiations for contract renewals and scope extensions

▪ Defined annual operating plans aligned with board strategy while ensuring concession compliance and service delivery excellence across government contracts
