- They are responsible for business planning and create regular forecasts.
- They are continuously developing our reporting system based on the central data warehouse .
- They prepare and accompany budget negotiations.
- They assess regulatory changes and their impact on the economic development of our company.
Finance and Accounting
- They ensure proper accounting and business transparency.
- They manage accounting and valuation issues.
- They are responsible for liquidity and cash management .
- They coordinate the preparation of the annual financial statements and oversee the audit.
- They further develop accounting processes and work closely with the central AGAPLESION structures.
Investments and funding
- They are responsible for the economic evaluation and execution of investment projects.
- They create economic feasibility studies and decision-making bases.
- They coordinate the application, management, and monitoring of funding.
Leadership and collaboration
- They support the management as strategic sparring partners in the further development of the company.
- You will assume professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and continuously develop it further.
- They work in a spirit of trust with management, medicine, nursing, administration and the central AGAPLESION structures.
- They contribute their perspective, question existing processes, and develop viable solutions together with others.

What you bring with you
- They have a completed degree in business administration, health economics or a comparable qualification.
- They have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly in German Commercial Code (HGB) accounting, hospital financing and hospital law .
- They bring several years of professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling in the healthcare or hospital environment .
- You already have management experience or would like to take the next step into a management role.
- You are interested in digitalization and modern control instruments, and you enjoy actively developing and rebuilding processes.
- They work analytically and in a structured manner, but at the same time have a pronounced hands-on mentality .
- They take responsibility, make decisions, and remain solution-oriented even when things get complex.
- They communicate clearly, enjoy working with different professional groups, and possess organizational and negotiation skills.
