Your tasks

Professional and disciplinary management of a cross-site controlling team in Hamburg and Berlin
Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and performance management
Preparation and presentation of management reports, forecasts and decision-making documents
Further development of KPI, reporting and control instruments
Standardization, harmonization and automation of controlling processes across multiple locations
Business partner for management and executives on strategic issues
Management of cross-departmental projects and transformation initiatives
Ensuring sustainable and data-driven corporate management

Your profile

Studies with a focus on controlling, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in controlling with management responsibility
Experience in managing complex organizations and corporate structures
Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Solid SAP knowledge
Confident demeanor at the management level and strong communication skills
High willingness to change and a hands-on mentality
Analytical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial approach
