YOUR MISSION

• As Head of Controlling, you will assume overall strategic responsibility for setting up, developing and managing our controlling landscape. You will drive forward the continuous optimisation of the budget, forecasting and planning processes and ensure their integration into the corporate strategy.
• You will also take over the technical and personnel management of our Controlling team and be responsible for the further development of the team.
• You will develop and be responsible for a holistic system of key figures to manage the company’s performance, ensure the quality assurance of all financial data and establish transparent, forward-looking reporting.
• You create and present decision-relevant management reports and analyses for the management and actively support them in deriving and implementing measures to achieve the company’s goals.
• You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining reporting databases and dashboards (e.g. in Power BI). You will ensure clarity of content and visual quality in all reports and presentations.
• You will carry out comprehensive variance analyses and profitability calculations and ensure compliance with financial targets and guidelines.
• You act as a strategic sparring partner for the management and all departments, promote cross-departmental cooperation and continuously develop the Controlling team both professionally and personally.
