What’s the role? This is a full-time leadership role based in Suva, Fiji, leading the Corporate and Commercial Banking portfolio for Westpac Fiji. Relocation support is available for Australian based employees who are considering a move. You’ll be accountable for setting and delivering the strategy across corporate and commercial banking, balancing growth, customer outcomes and risk. You’ll lead a team of senior leaders and relationship managers, building capability, lifting performance and creating a culture where people feel supported to succeed. You’ll partner closely with regional stakeholders and regulators, ensuring the business operates safely and responsibly while meeting Westpac Group standards. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, build regional exposure and make a meaningful impact on customers, colleagues and communities in Fiji.
