What’s the role?  This is a full-time leadership role based in Suva, Fiji, leading the Corporate and Commercial Banking portfolio for Westpac Fiji. Relocation support is available for Australian based employees who are considering a move.  You’ll be accountable for setting and delivering the strategy across corporate and commercial banking, balancing growth, customer outcomes and risk. You’ll lead a team of senior leaders and relationship managers, building capability, lifting performance and creating a culture where people feel supported to succeed.  You’ll partner closely with regional stakeholders and regulators, ensuring the business operates safely and responsibly while meeting Westpac Group standards.
