Description:

As the Head of Corporate Communications at LeoVegas Group, you will lead a motivated and high-performing team of communications experts to develop and implement corporate communication strategies that support the business and enhance our positive corporate brand position.
This pivotal role will drive engagement across the Group and the industry while ensuring that our communications align with business objectives and organizational needs.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • An experienced communications advisor.
  • Proven experience in leading corporate communication projects within a global organization.
  • Experienced in working both proactively and reactively with international media.
  • Experienced in crisis communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with public affairs and local market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team comprising Communications Managers and Communications Specialists spread across multiple locations.
  • Supporting the management team including the Group CEO as a trusted communications advisor.
  • Developing an internal communications strategy that fosters a group-wide understanding of our business and organizational changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant media and act as the Group’s spokesperson.
  • Oversee all internal and external channels used for corporate communications.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the Group’s reputation as a market leader and innovative company within the sector.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
  • Representing the Group toward external stakeholders.
  • Aligning communications work with relevant departments at MGM Resorts International.
  • Lead the Group’s crisis communications efforts.
  • Driving projects related to corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Setting clear departmental goals and KPIs, regularly evaluating progress, and adapting strategies as necessary.
