Head of Corporate Contracts (Part-Time, Onsite – Richardson, TX) Company: JSM Technology Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Part-time (flexible) Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite – local candidates preferred) Position Overview JSM Technology is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head of Corporate Contracts to provide structured legal support related to corporate contract renewals and project-based legal matters. This role supports executive leadership by ensuring legal documentation is properly organized, maintained, and prepared for efficient review by the company’s corporate attorney. This position is onsite in our Richardson office and is well suited for a candidate interested in corporate legal operations, corporate contract administration, and legal document management. Responsibilities Support executive leadership with corporate contract renewal preparation and tracking. Organize, review, and maintain corporate contracts, agreements, and legal project documentation. Prepare complete and well-structured document packages for review by the corporate attorney. Maintain accurate and orderly digital and physical legal files. Assist with summarizing legal documents and identifying relevant information as needed. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information. Provide general administrative and legal support as required. Current graduate student or recent graduate preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. Interest in corporate law, contracts, and legal operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems. Ability to work onsite in Richardson, TX. Professional demeanor and ability to manage confidential information. Flexible, part-time schedule compatible with academic commitments.
