What will you be doing: Leading the full lifecycle of corporate development projects, including fundraising, M&A, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives with internal and external stakeholders Build financial models and participate in financial planning and analysis Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and due diligence Produce high-quality business proposals, presentations, and relevant write-ups Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including investors and banks Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects Working alongside senior leadership Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic, operational, or analytical environments such as Corp Dev, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or VC preferably in Fintech or Tech Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and navigating communications with internal and external stakeholders. Skillfulness to formulate business opportunities thoroughly, propose sound business cases and drive progress. Strong versatility and quick learner Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with the APAC region (especially SEA).
