Our client is seeking a senior leader to head their Corporate Finance Advisory function, driving strategic growth, technical excellence, and operational performance across a multi-disciplinary advisory and outsourcing practice. The role is responsible for overseeing Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory engagements — including Transaction Services, Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, and Capital Raising — alongside CFO advisory services, ensuring high-quality client delivery, regulatory compliance, and commercial success. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Practice Leadership Lead the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Corporate Finance Advisory practice Oversee P&L, revenue growth, margins, utilisation, and productivity KPIs Drive innovation, digital enablement, and service modernisation Enhance market presence through thought leadership and industry engagement Corporate Finance & Transaction Services Provide senior oversight on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements Review IFRS / GAPSME-compliant financial reporting Lead financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business plan validation Deliver key outputs such as Quality of Earnings reports, valuations, and financial risk assessments Support clients in transaction negotiations through financial insights Present findings to Boards, investors, lenders, regulators, and executive stakeholders CFO Advisory & Financial Management Oversee fractional CFO engagements, including for regulated entities Supervise development of forecasts, valuations, feasibility studies, and financial plans Support clients in strengthening financial controls and reporting frameworks Client Leadership Build and manage relationships with key clients Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and investors Identify and lead new engagement opportunities People & Culture Lead and develop a team of 20+ professionals Drive capability building and technical upskilling Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure delivery excellence Quality & Compliance Ensure all engagements meet professional and regulatory standards Oversee statutory reporting for regulated entities Implement quality frameworks and governance standards Maintain strong ethical and confidentiality practices Ideal Profile 8+ years’ leadership experience in Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or senior CFO / M&A roles Strong technical expertise in IFRS, GAPSME, and international reporting standards Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CFA Warrant holder in line with regulatory requirements Proven experience leading complex engagements and multidisciplinary teams Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset Excellent executive communication and board-level presentation skills Deep technical knowledge in corporate finance and financial modelling Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams High integrity and strong understanding of regulatory environments
