• Strategic development and expansion of a company-wide CPMO as a central control and service unit
• Establishment and enforcement of project management standards (traditional, agile, hybrid)
• Responsibility for IT project portfolio management, including prioritization based on business value, resources, and risks.
• Management of cross-departmental programs and escalation management for critical projects
• Leadership and development of the PMO team (professional and disciplinary)
• Ensuring transparency and reporting for management and decision-making bodies
• Integration of quality, risk and compliance requirements into project processes (e.g. ITIL, ISO 27001)
• Advising top management and stakeholders, as well as moderating portfolio and steering committees.

Contribute your strengths: Your qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project and portfolio management, ideally in the IT environment
• Solid leadership experience, preferably in a PMO or a comparable role
• In-depth knowledge of common PM standards (e.g. PMI, IPMA, agile methods)
• Experience in building and managing PMO structures in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of IT governance and IT service management processes
• Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as implementation strength
• Strong communication and assertiveness skills when dealing with C-level stakeholders
