Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a sales leader at OFX, you will play an instrumental role in establishing and driving growth through recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of high-performing Sales Executives and Business Development Managers, focused on generating sales leads and starting long-term relationships with corporate clients in Ireland and the rest of Europe. You will lead by example, help the team to develop their skills, deliver on their ambitious targets, and coach, when required, whether on client calls or face to face client meetings.
