Job Description We're seeking a Head of Cost Management to lead and grow our New Zealand cost management capability. This is a senior leadership role responsible for; Leading existing key client relationships. Creating and developing new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market. Be a proactive member of the NZ senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team. Driving commercial performance. Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed. Participate in the development of the business plan and targets The delivery of a diverse portfolio of complex projects Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your everyday activities, setting an example for excellence. Qualifications A recognised Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management MRICS / NZIQS accreditation ideal 15+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
