Responsibilities Plan and develop creative strategies or arrangements that align with business objectives. Translate and execute creative briefs into creative deliverables for multiple channels. Lead and inspire creative teams: Design and Production Teams. To produce high-quality creative deliverables. Ensure the brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all channels. Ensure all creative deliverables are in line with our creative guidelines. Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns for print, digital, and social media. Take ownership of all creative works and able to be the hands-on leader when the team and the business need a direct execution level. Provide insightful and impactful creative thoughts to improve the works, and develop the creative team, and the brand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from any related field in Creative, Communication, Media, or Marketing, Has 6 to 8 years of creative role experience with a minimum of 4 years in leadership level. Proven track record in managing more than 4 team members from junior to senior staff level and also doing multiple projects at one time. Proven portfolio in managing/launching certain creative productions/projects/campaigns. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution. Open for candidates coming from direct Brands, Agency, or Production House.
