Right Hook Digital is seeking our first Head of Creative Strategy to build and lead a world-class creative strategy function focused exclusively on DTC/eCommerce brands. This is a rare opportunity to shape how performance creative drives measurable growth across Email, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Head of Creative Strategy, you’ll be the architect of our creative excellence - developing systems that consistently turn strategic thinking into revenue growth for our DTC clients. You’ll build the playbooks, lead the team, and own the outcomes that make Right Hook the go-to partner for brands that refuse to settle for average.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just get creative strategy, but who can shape it, scale it, and sell it. Someone who can spot the growth levers hiding inside brands and knows how to turn creative into cashflow.
This role is the glue between Right Hook’s retention engine and our reputation as a strategic partner. When you succeed, our clients stay longer, grow faster, and tell everyone they know. You’ll help build a department that’s not just creatively excellent, but commercially undeniable.
