WHO WILL YOU REPORT INTO?

Hi, I’m Forest, VP of Marketing at PetLab Co. Since launching TikTok Shop less than a year ago, we’ve seen strong traction and are approaching $1M in GMV. We already have great people supporting this initiative - now we’re looking for someone to own and lead it with a performance mindset.
You’ll be a key strategic partner, responsible for scaling creator commerce into a meaningful growth engine for the business. If you’re obsessed with building communities, know how to drive sales through content, and have the mindset to manage and optimise a high-volume video engine — you’ll thrive here.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years building strong creator or customer communities that drive tangible results (e.g. GMV or conversions).
  • Track record of driving measurable sales through creative content.
  • Strong analytical instincts – fluent in paid performance metrics and content data.
  • Strategic and creative thinker who can test, iterate, and optimise content for revenue growth.
  • Excellent communicator – able to brief, support, and motivate creators at scale.
  • Speaking Spanish is a massive plus.
  • Must be based in the US with full working rights.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scale TikTok Shop creator commerce to exceed revenue targets and drive measurable growth.
  • Build and lead a highly engaged creator community that consistently delivers high-performance content.
  • Manage the creation, delivery, and optimisation of large number of videos (1000+ / monthly) in partnership with creators.
  • Develop creative briefs based on top-performing formats and trends across TikTok Shop.
  • Launch and manage gamified creator challenges, incentives, and competitions that drive GMV.
  • Analyse content performance at scale and iterate rapidly to improve ROAS and CPA.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media & creative teams to maximise full-funnel performance.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop agency partners.
  • Monitor and expand into other creator commerce opportunities such as Meta Shops when relevant.

RESPONSIBILITIES BREAKDOWN

  • 55% – CREATOR COMMUNITY BUILDING & MANAGEMENT Build and lead a high-engagement creator network, run challenges, and maintain daily relationships.
  • 25% – CREATIVE STRATEGY & BRIEFING Develop, test, and optimise briefs and content angles that convert.
  • 10% – PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION Use platform and internal data to identify high performers and improve content results.
  • 10% – RECRUITMENT, AGENCY & PLATFORM OVERSIGHT Identify new creators, manage agency partners, and collaborate with TikTok/Meta Shop teams.
