The Head of Credit for MAN Financial Services (RF) (Pty) Ltd is responsible for overseeing the credit risk function. This role ensures sound credit policies, robust risk assessment frameworks, and effective portfolio management to support sustainable growth while maintaining asset quality. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in credit risk, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of the vehicle finance market.

• • Develop and implement credit risk strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

• Implement risk mitigation strategies to manage delinquencies, defaults, and recoveries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
