You will lead and develop your team, design high-performance credit processes, and drive the strategic development of the lending business. Your responsibilities


: - Strategic development and optimization of key processes in the lending and asset management business, taking into account regulatory, economic, and customer-oriented requirements

- Responsibility for fundamental professional topics as well as operational and strategic issues in credit management

- Further development of internal control instruments, processes and IT-supported workflows in lending

- Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team, including the promotion, development and support of employees

- Management and proactive planning of personnel resources within the area of ​​responsibility

- Advising and supporting managers and specialist departments on credit-related issues

- Active support of change processes and participation in organizational development

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and banking standards

- Implementation of control and quality assurance measures as well as derivation of suitable optimization and risk management measures

- Responsibility for the accuracy, quality and further development of internal work instructions and process documentation

- Continuous analysis and improvement of existing processes for the sustainable development of credit management


Your profile


- Completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a bank business administrator (m/f/d) or savings bank specialist (m/f/d), or A degree in economics with a focus on banking, finance, or risk management

- Several years of experience in the lending or asset management business of a bank or savings bank

- Experience in optimizing processes and structures, ideally using methods such as Six Sigma or comparable data-driven management approaches

- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and supervisory frameworks

- Strong understanding of credit processes, risk assessment, and internal bank management tools

- Excellent German skills (at least C1 level)
