We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing international company in the sports betting and iGaming industry. They are dedicated to delivering best-in-class player experiences through highly personalized and data-led CRM strategies. As they continue to scale globally, our client is looking for an experienced Head of CRM to join their team in Cyprus. This is a senior leadership role, taking over from the current leader who is moving into a new internal position. You will be responsible for leading a large team of CRM Executives and Team Leads, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the flawless execution of CRM campaigns across multiple markets. Tasks Operational Leadership – Oversee the execution of CRM strategy, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality campaign delivery across regions and brands. Step in when needed to support the team in high-pressure situations. Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of CRM Executives and Team Leads, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Process & Structure – Define, document, and optimize operational processes to scale efficiently and maintain compliance. Quality Control – Implement QA standards, review loops, and checklists to guarantee campaigns are always accurate, compliant, and impactful. Technology & Automation – Leverage CRM platforms and automation tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance. Workflow Management – Own planning, capacity, and prioritization across multiple projects, balancing short-term delivery with long-term improvements. Requirements 6+ years of CRM or marketing operations experience, with proven leadership in execution-heavy environments. Strong people leadership skills with experience managing multi-level teams. Process-oriented mindset with expertise in workflow design and optimization. Solid background in quality assurance, compliance, and performance monitoring.
