Description

Financial Advisor Services (FAS) provides services and investment products, such as exchange-traded funds (ETFs), to Vanguard’s financial advisor clients, including broker-dealers, asset managers, bank trust departments, registered investment advisers, and insurance companies.
We are looking for a strong leader as Head of CRM Technology to drive the strategic vision and roadmap for large, complex, multi-stakeholder CRM technology families, demonstrating a deep understanding of the CRM technology product(s) and associated business areas. This leader will ensure great user experience for our internal FAS sales team and contribute to enterprise success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of related business experience. Five years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred. Previous people-leadership experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  2. Leads digital product management teams for a strategic digital product or product group. Sets new digital product strategy and adjusts strategies for program or digital product group.
  3. Leads, influences, or directly supervises cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
  4. Creates and maintains best practices and learnings, providing coaching to digital product teams on current strategy. Oversees product teams’ support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  5. Builds and maintains strong business support from team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Leads the planning or is directly responsible for the development and implementation of new large, complex, multi-stakeholder products. Defines and analyzes markets, develops detailed product features and requirements, and develops implementation plans.
  7. Creates, maintains, and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  8. Leads and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  9. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
