THE ROLE We are looking for a Head of CRO to build and scale a world-class experimentation engine across our web and mobile applications. This role goes beyond traditional CRO. You will be responsible for how we experiment, launch, and optimize user experiences at scale, with a strong focus on our mobile apps (iOS and Android). You will leverage feature flags, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing systems to continuously improve conversion, user flows, and product experience. You will work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Engineering, driving rapid iterations that directly impact revenue and user satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and scale the CRO and experimentation program across app and web. Drive mobile-first optimization, improving conversion within app flows. Implement and manage feature flagging systems to enable fast and safe releases. Design and execute high-quality A/B tests and experimentation frameworks. Identify friction across the entire funnel: registration, purchase, upsell, and retention. Deep dive into user behavior: funnels, cohorts, drop-off points, and session analysis. Drive continuous improvements in UX, usability, and conversion flows. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ship experiments quickly. Build and lead a cross-functional CRO team (experimentation, analytics, operations). Establish a company-wide culture of experimentation (speed and rigor). Define clear metrics to measure the impact on conversion rate and revenue. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 8 to 12 years of experience in CRO, Growth, or Product Growth roles. Strong experience in mobile app optimization (iOS and Android). Proven track record of improving conversion at scale for B2C products. Hands-on experience with feature flags (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Firebase, Statsig). Expert in A/B testing frameworks and experimentation systems. Deep understanding of user experience, consumer behavior, and funnel optimization. Ability to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams. Strong analytical skills (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.). Fluency in English. Based in Dublin or anywhere in Europe (outside of Spain).
