Overview Head of Culture & Experience: Outbound Sedona We’re looking for a connector, storyteller, and community builder to join our crew as Head of Culture & Experience. This is a role that blends curating unforgettable guest experiences with leading property-level marketing. At Outbound Sedona, you’ll shape the cultural heartbeat of Sedona’s most serene mountain retreat—where good times, good people, and good vibes are the rule, not the exception. Outside is just the beginning - let’s wander our way. As the cultural ambassador for Outbound, you’ll: Create and oversee on-property events, activations, and signature Outbound programming. Build partnerships with local vendors, guides, and artisans to bring Sedona’s spirit to life and connect them to our experiential sales platform. Manage marketing initiatives including website updates, email campaigns, social media collaborations, and local media/DMO partnerships. Capture and share content that tells our story across digital and traditional channels. Partner with CoralTree Hospitality’s brand team on larger campaigns while keeping a pulse on the local community. What We’re Looking For 5–7 years in hospitality marketing, cultural programming, or event/experience management. Creative, community-minded, and passionate about the outdoors. Skilled in digital marketing, social media, and storytelling. Organized, collaborative, and excited to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
