Have 7+ years experience in people development or senior HR roles (in creative/agency environments) Core Responsibilities:Employee Engagement & Communication Manage communication channels ensuring transparency, clarity, and consistency. Create initiatives that improve connection, feedback, and belonging. Partner with leadership to share success stories, team milestones, and cultural wins. Regularly measure engagement and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Culture & Internal Marketing Act as custodian of culture — ensuring values are brought to life daily. Own the internal communications strategy, from leadership updates to recognition campaigns. Plan and deliver culture and engagement events across all agencies. Lead the internal marketing calendar and recognition programmes. Performance Alignment Connect culture initiatives with business performance outcomes. Partner with People and Learning teams to communicate development opportunities. Embed a culture where collaboration and communication drive measurable results. Leadership & Influence Advise leadership on cultural impact and internal comms strategy. Build frameworks for recognition and reward that link to performance. Represent the group externally as a culture-first, performance-driven workplace. What Success Looks Like: 6 Months: You are fully embedded as a trusted partner to leadership and the wider team.
