  • Leadership experience in education or EdTech
  • Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context
  • Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning

Responsibilities

  • Designing and continuously improving an AI-driven learning environment that surpasses traditional education, demonstrated by significant student achievement gains
  • Interacting directly with students via virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using these insights for ongoing enhancement of the learning ecosystem
  • Analyzing learning platform data to extract actionable insights and develop impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices
  • Fostering a culture of bold experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, utilizing data to drive significant improvements in students’ growth paths
  • Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to transform academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements
