Responsibilities

Leadership and development of employees in customer service
Task allocation & prioritization, as well as capacity planning in customer service
First escalation level in the daily business of customer service
Close cooperation with the overall organization & cross-departmental project coordination
Coordination / prioritization of orders to the warehouse
Monitoring of IT interfaces in close cooperation with the IT department
Maintenance of customer and product data in the ERP system
Creation & evaluation of reports & statistics as well as KPIs agreed with the customer & corresponding action planning & implementation
Ongoing evaluation & optimization of workflows and processes with a focus on quality improvement & review, as well as budget compliance, efficiency improvement & cost savings
