Responsibilities

  • Task allocation & prioritization, as well as capacity planning in customer service
  • First escalation level in the daily business of customer service
  • Close cooperation with the overall organization & cross-departmental project coordination
  • Coordination / prioritization of orders to the warehouse
  • Monitoring of IT interfaces in close cooperation with the IT department
  • Maintenance of customer and product data in the ERP system
  • Creation & evaluation of reports & statistics as well as KPIs agreed with the customer & corresponding action planning & implementation
  • Ongoing evaluation & optimization of workflows and processes with a focus on quality improvement & review, as well as budget compliance, efficiency improvement & cost savings
