What the day will look like In this role, you will lead the Cyber Broking team within the Global Broking Centre, driving strategy, excellence and growth across a rapidly expanding Cyber book. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Aon to establish and execute a market‑leading Cyber broking agenda. Design, implement and deliver the Aon Cyber broking strategy Support Aon’s global Cyber growth agenda Partner with BU and regional leaders to define and deliver broking priorities and plans Position the GBC Cyber team as a Centre of Excellence within Aon’s global network Build and maintain a strong pipeline, collaborating with key stakeholders to secure new opportunities Develop opportunities for cross‑Aon collaboration and synergy Oversee the client centric approach and strong network office engagement and support Drive efficiency and excellence in post‑placement activities Create a culture of continuous learning and development across the team How this opportunity is different This role places you at the forefront of one of the fastest‑growing specialty lines in the London market.
