Description:

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of D365 HR and Lessor Payroll to lead our consultancy team in Norway. This visionary leader will be responsible for building and developing high-performing, self-driven teams of consultants, ensuring that Cepheo has the necessary competencies to meet both current and future commitments. As a key player in our operations, this leader will foster a culture of innovation, professional development, and excellence in service delivery.
You will be part of our extended management team, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with Cepheo’s core values and mission. Your role will involve driving the development of Microsoft technology adoption, improving operational efficiency, and securing a sustainable and profitable growth path.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing consultancy teams.
  • Strong background in business development, risk management, and optimizing operational performance.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a team culture focused on continuous learning and innovation, especially within the Microsoft technology ecosystem (D365, FO/Business Central, Microsoft Azure, Office 365).
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships and lead teams across different regions (Norway, Sweden, Denmark).

Responsibilities:

  • Team Development & Leadership:Build and nurture high-performing, self-sufficient, and committed teams of consultants and specialists.Drive team engagement, development, and performance, ensuring happy, loyal, and well-performing team members.Establish and continuously refine team routines and processes to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • CONSULTANCY AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:Ensure the relevant competencies and capacity are available to meet both current and future commitments.Optimize the utilization of consultants and specialists to maintain a profitable operation.Support consultants to become early adopters of Microsoft technologies, leveraging Microsoft resources to stay competitive in the market.Secure the necessary capacity to support both AMS (Application Management Services) and Care services.Lead the appointment of customer teams (functional architects, application consultants) in coordination with the Customer Success Manager and other internal departments.
  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & RISK MANAGEMENT:Drive business development efforts for HR and payroll services, ensuring profitable operations and sound organic growth.Implement and maintain effective risk management practices to ensure quality control of services provided.
  • COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration across Cepheo.Support external recognition of team members through initiatives like social media engagement and conference speaking opportunities.
  • KPIS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:Own and manage KPIs for the team, ensuring high levels of employee engagement, utilization, individual ratings, and competency certifications.Participate actively in the “Operations management team” to drive continuous improvement across both the department and Cepheo NO.
