Are you a passionate and experienced dance professional looking to lead a dynamic, growing school? The Performance Hub is seeking a Head of Dance & Studio Administrator to oversee our dance programme, inspire our teaching team, and ensure every class is fun, engaging, and technically excellent. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our business directors, support high-quality events, and help shape the future of our school.

• Lead and mentor the dance teaching team, ensuring exceptional lessons across all ages and styles.
• Teach a wide range of students (ages 4–14), including street, lyrical, jazz, ballet (8–14 years), and acro for younger children (4–6 years).
• Plan and deliver engaging class structures, choreography, and skill progression.
• Support the business directors in planning and delivering outstanding performances, shows, and community events.
• Attend and contribute to school events, performances, and initiatives.
• Maintain a welcoming and supportive studio environment for students and staff.
