As the Head of Data & AI, you will play a transformational role at the heart of our business strategy. You’ll help define and drive our enterprise-wide data and AI vision, ensuring that we unlock the full potential of our information assets to create measurable business impact. In this pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the CTO, you will: Set the strategic direction for how data is collected, governed, and leveraged across the organization, ensuring our infrastructure and analytics capabilities align with long-term business goals. Lead the evolution of AI adoption, guiding teams to embed machine learning, automation, and advanced analytics into products, services, and decision-making processes. Foster a data-driven culture, empowering teams to make smarter, faster, and more informed choices through accessible, high-quality data and insights. Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities where data and AI can drive innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage. Build and mentor high-performing teams, championing excellence in data science, engineering, and governance practices.
