DESCRIPTION

The Head of Data/AI Transformation is responsible for leading the data and artificial intelligence (AI) strategy, driving the development and execution of data-driven solutions, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance business outcomes across Team Internet. This role involves overseeing the development and optimisation of data assets, AI models, and analytics processes, ensuring that Team Internet maximises its data potential while maintaining high standards for data governance, security, and compliance.
The role will be for an initial 6 months contact.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

• Strong expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, including deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and other advanced methods
• Experience deploying GenAI agents in enterprise platforms (e.g. M365 copilot, GitHub copilot)
• Proficiency in data analysis, data wrangling, and statistical modelling using tools such as Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks
• Solid experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to define and implement data-driven solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
