Proven track record as a Chief Data Officer or in a similar leadership role. 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field. Deep understanding of data management, data governance, data analytics, and data engineering. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, machine learning, and big data technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership and organizational skills to build and lead high-performing teams. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
