We’re looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics to help our organization unlock the full potential of data. Your leadership skills and ability to explore and implement new technologies and analytical tools will play a key role in strengthening our position as an industry leader.
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy, growing the team of analysts, and fostering a data-driven work culture. This includes advancing sophisticated analytical models and monitoring key performance indicators. By collaborating closely with leaders from product, marketing, and finance teams, you will deliver data insights that drive strategic business decisions.
Your role will also involve identifying optimization opportunities and providing business recommendations based on analyses and reports that have a tangible impact on company performance. Additionally, you will oversee the development of analytical tools and processes, including the implementation of solutions that automate data acquisition and analysis to streamline business operations.

• You have at least 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• You excel at inspiring your team and setting goals and directions in a dynamic environment
• You see developing others as your mission, finding satisfaction in sharing knowledge and helping your team fully realize its potential
• You have advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and R, as well as visualization platforms like Tableau and Power BI, and you know how to fully leverage their capabilities to generate valuable insights
• You have experience working with large datasets and complex analytical processes—not only analyzing data but also creating structures and workflows that deliver measurable results
• You think strategically and always act with business goals in mind—connecting data analysis with the specific needs of the company and recommending solutions that support its growth
