DESCRIPTION

  • Who we’re looking for: a confident and experienced manager with experience in a senior leadership role.
  • The challenge: You will help Tillo to establish best practices and drive change. You will be responsible for championing data and insights and bringing about lasting change in an innovative, forward thinking business.
  • Where you’ll work: This role will be based in our Hove office 3 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the overall data, analytics, CRM/CDP and operational data vision and strategy to gain buy-in, support and investment in data
  • Be an advocate for the appropriate use of data to support the organisational objectives
  • Provide leadership and expertise in the design of new data, research and insight processes, systems, and approaches
  • Lead, recruit, retain and develop a diverse team of data and insight specialists to produce state of art data platform capabilities
  • Champion the use of tools or services such as data visualisation, dashboards which support the business to work more effectively
  • Ensure the effective delivery of business intelligence, analytics, and insights pipelines, moving to a predictive analytics model and use of AI in the future when appropriate.
  • Operationalise data governance principles for data and standardise the use and governance of data. Responsibility for creating and maintaining structures and processes around our data governance and management including GDPR protocols
  • Manage data engineering to allow ease and speed of consumption of data.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership in all matters of data, technology and analytics
  • Be instrumental in building a data-driven DNA for the organisation
  • Oversee compliance, governance & data security
  • Align with operations and finance systems to ensure efficient and streamlined processes to support internal and external customers
  • Empower product development teams with the ability to produce and review product analytics
  • Advocate for data as a first-class citizen in product development, designing solutions with reporting in mind by shifting-left on data considerations
