Haileybury is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join the School as Head of Data-Informed Teaching & Learning, a role encompassing all Melbourne campuses and Haileybury Pangea. This position includes an ongoing teaching role and a five-year fixed-term appointment as Head of Data-Informed Teaching & Learning, commencing in Term 4, 2025 or by negotiation.
The successful candidate will lead the use of student data to drive teaching and learning outcomes. Partner with stakeholders, turn insights into action, and help shape programs that improve student success.

  • Skilled in using data to inform teaching practice and improve student outcomes, translating complex information into clear insights for leaders and teachers.
  • Experienced in building staff capability in data literacy and supporting evidence-based teaching practice.
