Responsibilities
  • As our new Head of Data & Product, you will shape how We Are Era turns culture, data, and GenAI into scalable products and monetizable insights.
  • You will own and evolve our product and data strategy across creator, campaign, content, and commercial ecosystems — with a sharp focus on relevance, growth, and automation.
  • You will lead and grow a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Analysts, and AI Engineers. Together, you will design solutions that unlock value across the entire value chain: from smarter creator matching to intelligent reporting, from automated campaign ops to predictive revenue planning.
  • You will drive the strategic alignment of Product, Analytics, AI Engineering and Business – and bring clarity to what matters, when and why. That includes shaping roadmaps, leading OKRs, and setting up the right rhythms and rituals for high-performance delivery.
  • You will also act as ERA’s voice on data and technology within our mother companies RTL Group and Bertelsmann – and build the connective tissue between stakeholders in engineering, sales, ops, finance, and beyond.
  • This role is about vision, direction and traction: defining where we go next – and building the products, people and processes to take us there.
