We are part of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT), a global leader in processing secure electronic financial transactions. Under their Money Transfer division, Xe and Ria Money Transfer have been combined to establish the third-largest money transfer business globally.
We are seeking a commercially driven and people-focused Head of Dealing to lead our UK and EMEA Corporate Dealing function. This role is at the heart of Xe’s growth strategy, accountable for developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional client service, and achieving significant revenue growth across our managed corporate FX customer base.
You’ll serve as the commercial engine of the desk bringing sharp market instincts, proven coaching experience, and a relentless focus on client outcomes. This role will also collaborate with Sales, SME, Finance and Operations leaders to ensure scalable, profitable, and frictionless corporate FX journeys.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • CF30 registered, with Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications, demonstrating full competence for client-facing advisory roles in a regulated environment
  • 10+ years of experience in FX trading, sales, or corporate risk management within financial institutions
  • Deep knowledge of currency markets, regulatory requirements, and structured FX solutions
  • Proven leadership experience growing and mentoring high-performing, target-driven teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of consistent revenue delivery and client growth

Responsibilities

Leadership & People Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop the UK and EMEA Corporate Dealing team.
  • Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning
  • Establish clear frameworks for 1:1s, coaching plans, KPIs, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in client experience and service levels

Commercial Growth & Revenue Execution

  • Own the revenue targets for the Corporate Dealing function across EMEA
  • Identify and drive new revenue streams through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic trading ideas
  • Work closely with Sales and SME leaders to optimise the client handover and onboarding process
  • Analyse performance data to inform pricing strategy, market approach, and client segmentation
  • Support dealers in executing complex FX strategies (spot, forward, options) aligned with client needs

Client Retention & Strategic Delivery

  • Oversee portfolio assignments and transitions to ensure optimal dealer coverage
  • Maintain strong senior-level relationships with key corporate clients
  • Guide dealers in risk management and structuring solutions and supporting critical negotiations or escalations
  • Monitor service quality and client satisfaction across the managed book
  • Operational & Regulatory Excellence
  • Ensure the adheres to all regulatory, compliance, and operational standards
  • Collaborate and be the key stake holder for your team and work with Compliance, Credit and Operations to remove internal friction and improve workflows and process.
  • Own regular reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the managed customer segment
